Hubungan Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan Dengan Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kurik Kabupaten Merauke

Abstract

Background: Kurik Primary Health Care, as a first-level health service facility, plays an important role in supporting the implementation of digitalization of health services through the Mobile JKN application. However, the level of utilization of this application in the area remains relatively low. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the low level of Mobile JKN application use in the service area of Kurik Primary Health Care, Merauke Regency. Methods: This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 100 JKN participants selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square test. Results: The results showed that only 28% of respondents used the Mobile JKN application, while the majority (76%) reported high levels of support from health workers. The Chi-square test indicated that health worker support had a significant effect on the use of the Mobile JKN application, with a p-value of 0.006. Conclusion: Support from health workers is an important factor in promoting the use of the Mobile JKN application.
