Abstract

Background: Based on the phenomena occurring in daily life, the level of employee adherence to the rules 
within the organization is relatively low. Purpose: To determine the effect of time discipline on employee 
performance at Puskesmas Bontonompo II. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross
sectional design, with a sample of 56 individuals, data collection techniques using questionnaires and analyzed 
using SPSS. Results: From the results of the regression test of time discipline on employee performance, the 
significant value obtained is 0.01 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of time discipline on the performance 
of Puskesmas Bontonompo II employees.
